Returns & Refund Policy

Return window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible items. Return requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Eligible items Returns are accepted for ready-to-wear jewellery and loose gemstones. All custom, bespoke, made-to-order, One-of-One, and engraved pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or refund. Additional costs including shipping for amendments

Item condition To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unworn condition — free from scratches, physical damage, or signs of wear. All original packaging and documentation must be included. RB Matrix reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions upon inspection.

How to request a return Contact us at plugin@rbmatrix.net within the 30-day window with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship items back without prior written approval — unapproved returns will not be processed.

Refunds Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was received faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or incorrect items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a resolution at no cost to you.
