Shipping Policy

Processing time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. Custom, made-to-order, and One-of-One pieces require additional lead time — estimated timelines will be communicated at point of order.

Shipping destinations We ship worldwide from Singapore via tracked courier services.

• Singapore: 2–4 business days
• Southeast Asia: 5–10 business days
• International: 7–21 business days

Timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs processing or carrier delays.

Duties & taxes RB Matrix ships on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Order tracking A tracking number will be issued via email once your order is dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 5 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at relay@rbmatrix.net.

Lost or delayed shipments If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please reach out and we will liaise directly with the carrier on your behalf. RB Matrix is not liable for delays caused by customs, natural events, or carrier disruptions beyond our control.
